Amphenol offers the FLTStack 0.50mm floating board-to-board (BTB) connector. These USCAR connectors are designed to operate a minimum of ±0.50mm floating range in the XY directions. With a 0.50mm pitch size, 0.5A/pin current carrying capacity, and 3Gb/s communication data rates, they feature built-in guideposts that enable a self-cleaning function, vibration resistance, and self-alignment for easier mating. An effective mating length of 0.90mm provides Z directions with sufficient margin for its mating stroke.
Amphenol's HSD Connectors and HSC Connectors are USCAR-2 compliant fully shielded automotive connectors ideal for ADAS. With 0.50mm square terminals, the HSC connectors allow a lighter and smaller connector design supporting data rates up to 1Gb/s and more. It is used in automotive applications like LVDS, camera. HSD (High-Speed Data) connectors have a high-performance digital system for low-voltage differential signals which prevents interference from crosstalk and external sources.
The USCAR-2 compliant BergStak® 0.40mm self-alignment board-to-board connector offers a unique self-alignment feature that supports blind mating, ensuring a reliable connection. These connectors come with a 3.50mm stack height and 30 positions extendable from 10 up to 60 positions and meet PCIe® Gen 3 standards with speed performance of up to 8Gb/s.

Amphenol's Minitek MicroSpaceXS™ Crimp-to-Wire connectors are available in standard and waterproof versions. These LV214 connectors are also USCAR-T2V2 compatible. These 1.27mm pitch connectors come with a current rating of up to 4A and 3A per contact for standard and Waterproof Crimp-to-Wire Connectors respectively for making them ideal for higher power applications. The TPA and CPA feature ensures proper mating of the header and receptacle and avoids unintentional triggers of the latch.
The Minitek MicroSpace™ connectors come in 1.80, 1.50, and 1.27mm pitch sizes and are LV214 Severity-2 compatible. The Minitek 1.27 Connector is rated up to 100 mating cycles on Gold/GXT® contacts and enables a current rating of up to 4A per contact. In addition to LV214, this vibration-tolerant connector is marked by its high connector locking strength of more than 75N making it an ideal option for automotive lighting applications.
