Description

IEC 62196-6 / IS 17017-2-6 (TYPE 6) FOR LEV CHARGING

The Type-6 connector utilizes is design compliant with IEC 62196-6/IS17017-2-6 standard with 2 power and 5 signal configurations. This connector can carry a continuous current up to 100A with 10,000 mating cycles. This connector is compliant for communication protocols between the vehicle and the charging infrastructure to ensure compatibility and safe charging (Protocol: IS 17017-25 / IEC 61851-25). This standard aims to ensure interoperability between different brands of electric vehicles and charging infrastructure, making it easier for consumers to charge their e-scooters at public charging stations.

Contact system can carry up to 100A continuous current and withstand 10,000 mating cycles

FMLB for power terminals and in-built microswitch to prevent hot plugging
In-built temperature sensor (NTC optional)
Drain hole to prevent water retention
